I planned and created these 16 mission posters, for every AppLift department. The mission statements and action points were created by the departments on an internal AppLift Event.
My goal was to transport the message of being part of a bigger success-machine.
Even though, each department has its own processes and goals to achieve, their output is won't just affect their own department, it will have a big impact for the whole company.

Every single poster has its own style, while the background graphic is a huge blueprint of the AppLift "A", with exact measurements of length, angles and color codes.
All Posters were printed in Din A0, to hang them into the specific department offices while a smaller version was placed directly next to the top management desks to give an idea that all parts have an equal importance.
