This is Kaleidoscope K42, aka the Mexican Hat Wildflower Kaleidoscope.
I used photos of the Mexican Hat wildflower, a gnarled old piece of wood and buds from a Staghorn Cholla cactus to make this kaleidoscope.
I combined the cactus, old wood and the variegated Mexican Hat photos to make the pattern below. (Using lots of blending modes and color adjustment along to way).
The pattern is placed four across and four high (flipped horizontally or vertically) to make the image below.
Then the yellow Mexican Hat photo is placed over the top to complete the design.
