This project focused on the re-development of a commercial corner at Georgetown. A conceptually driven project that emphasized minimalism while revitalizing a walled off corner in Georgetown, Washington D.C.; amid a study of the artworks by kinetic artist Jesús Rafael Soto.
The design includes:
• A 5’ by 30’ kiosk that activates the parti wall by exploring the facade
• 10’ by 20’ micro apartment units that build onto the concept less is more
• a social hub that breaths a new life within the neighborhood
