The Sims 3 Game Assets

One of the products sold by The Sims 3 Store are pre-made lots, or venues. Each venue contained a group of unique items and a custom built lot which showcased these objects in an interesting way. I built several of these venues for The Sims 3 store, all of which were very well received by The Sims community.

Last Venue of Amore
As the last venue I built for The Sims 3 store, this was also the most complex store venue ever built. It is a mini world built into a 64x64 sized lot. Built around the concept of a miniature Venice, it contains several buildings, a canal system and an extensive amount of terrain manipulation to add height variation and complexity.

Now and Then Century Manor:

This build consists of two lots:

Lot 1: A second empire house at the height of its glory.

Lot 2: The same house after years of decay.

Take a stroll through history with the stunning architecture of The Now & Then Century Manor. This breathtaking mansion shows the grandeur of Second Empire design in all of its colonial glory and again as it stands against the rigors of time.

Brunch at the Old Mill:
This lot was designed to showcase a group of set items. The players liked the lot so much it was requested to be uploaded to The Exchange.

This lot features extensive terrain manipulation work to have the mill built into a hill with a walk out basement room that spans a water channel. It also has a custom waterfall built onto the lot itself.

Sandy Shoals Sea Shanty

This lot is a Featured Look, which involves taking items from many different sets, giving them a cohesive look and new presets to showcase their versatility. This encourages players to purchase additional items they may have overlooked. I chose the theme, curated the items, created new wallpaper and crafted the presets in addition to building the lot.

Prism Art Studio

This lot was designed as a group of industrial buildings that have been converted into working artist studios. Three buildings are on the lot, each with a different focus. One is a gallery, another art studios and classrooms and the third is a café.

Deliciously Indulgent Bakery

This lot was designed as if it was taken from a street corner in France. The lot consists of three buildings, each of which has their own distinct storefront. One is a patisserie, another a boulangerie and the third is a café.

World of Wonder Carousel Collection

This lot involved a great deal of terrain manipulation and trickery to add varying height levels, retaining walls and complex stair layouts to the build.
