Dog is man's best friend, but we aren't necessarily theirs. Between 6 and 9 million domestic pets, including dogs, are put down in animal shelters each year. With the need of service animals rising, it's time to make a stand and give these animals a second chance. K9 Collab is a volunteer based organization focused on rescuing, rehabilitating, and training dogs from animal shelters to become certified service dogs to help those in need.

The mark features a dog. Within the negative space one can see a bandana around the dogs neck to symbolize service (see later parts of branding) and a hand reaching out to emphisize that we rely on these dogs as a form of therapy and guidance for those in need. Below shows brand elements used across the entire K9 Collab branding system.
K9 Collab features a variety of ways to get involved with it's volunteer based organization platform. Online, you can find various ways to learn more about the rescued dogs going through the program and watch them evolve as they become trained certified service dogs. These dogs will be taught various skills as well as specialty skills so they can handle their "client" as best as possible.

To accommodate for dogs of all sizes, branding the bandanna was chosen over putting our marks on the service harness as this would provide a cheaper and more cost effective solution.

To match the dog's bandanna, volunteer shirts were made to help build this collaboration between man and beast.
A poster series was made to help boost public awareness. these posters can be applicable to pretty much anywhere, as shown below.
Finally, a trades-how promotional setting was made. This is to further boost the awareness of K9 Collab as well as provide a face-to-face encounter for potential volunteers to understand and learn more about the organization.
