24" x 15" suicide prevention poster incorporating hand-rendered 3D type and 2D digitally-set type.
The 3D word "HELP" was constructed using various expired pills and is modeled after the News Gothic MT typeface.
It was then set up, lighted, and photographed. The chosen image was later edited in Photoshop to emphasize mood, and finally, the 2D copy was set using InDesign.
