Google Ideas | A.V.E | eBoost Consulting
A creative collaboration inspired to use technology to solve some of the world's most pressing issues

Google Ideas was created as a new “think/do” tank at Google that combines a new generation of thinkers with technology to tackle some of the world’s most intractable problems.
They formed a partnership with Against Violent Extremism(A.V.E) and gathered 80 former Muslim extremists, neo-Nazis, U.S. gang members, & other former radicals to explore how technology can play a role in de-radicalization efforts around the globe.
Their main objective was to dissect the question of what draws some people, especially young people, to extremist movements and why some leave.

The 4S ProgramStrategize • Systematize • Scale •Sustain

After our multiple global conference calls with our various clients from A.V.E, we conducted a needs assessment for each client reviewing their company, customer & competitor. We focused on what business and marketing decisions were needed to maintain a sustainable business model for these non-profits.

Traditionally, our business proposal consist of what marketing initiatives are needed and how we plan on implementing these initiatives to solve their most critical business need.

However, we realized these organizations lacked a proper business foundation, and we couldn’t even consider marketing initiatives until we got these non-profits off their feet.

In result, we created the “4S Program”- a strategic approach in helping our organizations “get off their feet” and maintain sustainability in the long run.
The 4S Program consists of 4 stages:
1. Strategize
2. Systematize
3. Scale
4. Sustain
Each stage must be completed prior in order to unlock the next stage.

Lean Canvas Business Model (L.C.B.M)
A systematic process for iterating from Plan A to a plan that works

We created our rendition of the Lean Canvas Business Model fit for the needs and demands of non-profit organizations. After completion, we provided the L.C.B.M template as well as a step-by step guide to walk our clients through the process. The guide is further supported through a PowerPoint widget on the webpage and a video webinar.
