For a class project, we had to choose our favorite typeface, and Futura is my top favorite. Paul Renner's creation is classic, elegant and simple. I included simple geometric shapes throughout to represent the typeface's origins.
As we read, we typically read from left to right. On the left side, I started with the name of the typeface, and with the line continuing from the "R," the viewer's eye travels right coming across the other versions of Futura, a section for a brief description/history, the creator's name, and year it was created. The design is simple to represent the simplicity of the typeface.
It is one of my favorite fonts to use when I create flyers for Vital Wellness. It is direct and easy to read.
