On World Women's Day, Uber announced a partnership with UN Women to promote financial independance and safe working environments for women around the world. 

 

To announce their commitment to putting 1 Million women drivers on the Uber platform by 2030, I embarked on an insane 4 continent in 6 day directorial adventure. With my co-director Wyatt Newmann and a team of the best and brightest in DP and editing talent (including Sundance grand prix director Crystal Moselle).

 

We landed in Nairobi, and proceeded to work backwards against the clock, shooting in London and Bogata over the next insane days. 

 

The piece premiered at the Planet 50/50 event in front of Hilary Clinton, Michelle Obama and dignitaries and activists from around the world.
