I cut and assembled all of these hexagonal shelves, useing peach-crate-wood. 

We designed and created this calendar-chalkboard. We had the hexagonal chalkboards cut at a local plastics supplier and mounted them each on one fine-thread wood screew. The backing is made of two wooden pallets that come in our store's  cheese deliveries.
