SAIF is the State Accident and Insurance Fund of Oregon. They needed help with their branding and a way to motivate their overworked employees. The core branding I helped develop for them was the idea of a vast ecosystem where people, businesses and the state all worked together toward a common, mutually beneficial purpose. The ecosystem message was then developed into a series of three booklets for internal use. The design was by Jared Milam.The last booklet, the corporate manifesto, I wrote myself. However, other copywriters wrote additional material for the other booklets. The ecosystem message proved to be such a success that it was later developed into an external, consumer facing campaign.
