3rd year project at Kedge Business School Marseille for my Strategy module.
Task: Create a company of your choice to launch in the French market.
Problem: The French market is lacking freshly made ready meals in comparison to the UK and Germany where the market is much more developed.
Solution: We sought to fill this gap in the market with Néomarmiton (meaning "new kitchen helper" in French) which was a line of healthy ready meals of traditional French recipies using local products wherever possible. I created the concept, name and packaging designs.
