A PERSONAL PROJECT. 

Rather than replace my broken glass table with a new piece of glass, I decided to use wood and to create a table-top map of Oakland. The wood was cut using a CNC machine at the TechShop in Oakland. My friend and co-worker Louise Mackie helped me with setting up the files and using the router. The next step is going to be to fill in the streets with a clear epoxy.
