Leading up to the November 2012 election, I had the great privilege of working for Dr. Sue Crawford, a candidate for the Nebraska Legislature's 45th District (representing Bellevue and Offutt Air Force Base).

In the days preceding Election Day, we ran a countdown highlighting Sue's campaign accomplishments on her campaign Facebook page. Here is a composite view of some of the images I created.
I also created some flyers for campaign events. Here's one example from the very successful "50 for 50" fundraiser. It was really fun to get to work in a 1950s style!
We won that campaign, and I was asked to create a new brand for Senator Crawford. After plenty of brainstorming and sketching, we came up with this:
The "AS" in Nebraska was replaced by "45" to symbolize Sue's representation of the 45th Legislative District.

I used this new logo to build a new MailChimp template for the senator to email her constituents and supporters with updates from the state capitol and other news. I also created the header image you see below.
NOTE: The image above is from a test email used for my purposes while creating the template. None of the information in the body of the email is remotely true, and there is no such thing as "OmaCheese."
