The aparment building is situated on infill site in Prague, the part called Holesovice. Holesovice is a former industrial center that has been recently converted into a desirable residential area which is near the river Vltava as well as the major green park Stromovka.
The apartment building was designed to accomodate 49 apartment units of various sizes as well as provide parking for the residents. Beside residential there is also a commercial area in the building - the café on the ground level.

There are separate entrances for the restaurant and the residents. The entrance to the underground garage is located on the south side of the building due to lesser traffic on Pristavni Street.
