Branding a break-through medication

This was the first project I was assigned to under DraftFCB Healthcare. The scope of work was to develop a logo and advertising concepts for GSK's new medication dubbed "Riastap." As morbid as this may sound, Riastap is actually an emergency treatment that quickly clots blood in patients that cannot hinder blood loss (for whatever reason that may be). The primary focus for advertising was to target surgeons.
