Murray's Cafe Ecommerce Site

This is the sites home page, which comes with a large image slider with images of food and the inside of the cafe'. Below the slider is the main menu within the main page are areas for displaying promotions, which are updated when the client adds a new post. Towards the middle of the page is a welcome message and opening times. Within the right column are contact details and a newsletter caputure form, as well as a widget area for displaying the latest events.  
Within the About Us page are the companies details and a brief history, as well as a selection of images of cakes and a description. The text at the top of the page runs across the full width, while the information below on the Cake Time and Our History is split 60% to 40% of the page. 
This is the events page which enable the client to add events within a calendar, giving visitors a easy way of viewing events over time. When you move the mouse over an event a popup box with the event details plus image is displayed. On clicking on the event link you are taken to the events details page for a full description with map location. 
The Food Menu section enables the client to add menu items on the fly, updating the cafe menu in real time. The menu can also be printed via a link in the top right corner below the main menu. When clicking on the print link a preview page is opened up, so that the customer can see what the page will look like before printing. The printed page is formatted slightly differently from the web page. The customer also has the option to download the page as a pdf. 
This is an example of the shopping cart displaying a selection of dummy products for the client to get an idea of how it can look. The left column comprises of a shop menu at the top for access to the all products and account, as well as cart and checkout. Below the shop menu is the product categories, which help in product selection for potential customers. The product categories can easily be updated by the client.
This is an example of the product description with dummy images for the client. You have the main image and any subsequent image is added below the main image. The box below the images is for a detailed product description. A second tab can be generated for addtional product information such as weight, colour, etc... These will change when including product variations.  
This is the News and Links page. This is where the client can add posts/articles to the site. A synopsis is shown and the full article shown when the more link is selected. The information here is displayed on the home page. The links section to the right is to display links to sites for complimentary sites.  
This is the last page on the main menu for customers to easily contact the sites owner. The map is created using Google Maps, while the form to the right to send enquiries. There is also a section below the map for further contact information and booking instructions.
