This spring, we embarked on an extraordinary journey with the FDJ-Suez women's World Tour cycling team, producing some inside documentary during the iconic spring classics: Tour of Flanders, Paris-Roubaix, Liège-Bastogne-Liège, Amstel Gold race, Fleche Wallone. Our mission was to delve deep into the heart of these monumental races, capturing the raw intensity and profound beauty of each moment.
Working closely with the FDJ Suez team, we aimed to push the boundaries of the traditional sports documentary by blending a highly immersive "inside" perspective with an artistic and aesthetic approach. From the gritty cobblestones of Paris-Roubaix to the relentless climbs of Liège-Bastogne-Liège, our cameras were there to capture every struggle, triumph, and moment of resilience.
