To make a custom logo, from the perspective of someone who is awful at freehand drawing, came as a surprise to be enjoyable and satisfying. Over the past few years, I've developed an extensive love and appreciation for classic jazz from the early to mid 1900's, and recently acquired a record player, which inspired my idea here. While art isn't always easy or appealing to me, to create something I have a passion for, with Photoshop's convenient pen tools to create smooth designs, was much more do-able than I expected. I also enjoyed the idea of playing with words to design them in a custom way, such as I did for the "O" in Records.
