Branding for SUMMER365
Our team developed naming, positioning and visual identity for the residential complex in Batumi. The naming SUMMER365
is the essence of Batumi, a city in which the summer literally lasts all year round. On the basis of the ideology of the resort town, the eye-pleasing color combinations in the shades of emerald and herbal green, pumpkin and pomegranate laid the foundation
of the identity. Three houses of residence was decided to name as the summer months. This will help the future residents
to navigate more easily, as well as give the object some charm and uniqueness.
The verbal identity of SUMMER365 is based on the authentic motifs of the Georgian tradition of hospitality and feast —
the patterns of Lourja Supra tablecloth. We have integrated them into iconography and visual communication patterns.
This solution is an example of functional graphics that works equally well with mature and younger audiences.
Effective identity became: even at the stage of excavation, the complex stood out from the competition
and demonstrated a radically new approach in the work of the developer, which led to first sales.
Another stage of work with SUMMER365 was the development of the presentation magazine, that combined
all the solutions and suggestions of the developer. The philosophy of the complex is based on great amount of solutions
for work, recreation, self-development and time with relatives, which is new for Batumi market. Based on the research
of local sociologists, we developed a step-by-step guide to all components of the complex and managed to immerse
the team and future residents in what will surround them every day.
