Project background: The client is a fitness enthusiast who was initially a professional in the fintech industry then committed to start a Fitness Centre.
Project challenge: The design team have to cooperate with the contractors in which Iport first time working with, putting extra effort in terms of communication and site visiting in order to execute and oversee the construction work according to the design drawings to meet the client’s expectation.

Beginning of Design Stage
The general mood evoked by the combination of neutral tones and bright yellow embellishments to create a balanced contrast and understated vibrancy.
The futuristic elements further enhance the mood. Clean lines, minimalist forms and innovative materials characterize the aesthetic, creating an atmosphere that feels a sense of calm and simplicity.
Together with the neutral tone, bright yellow embellishments, futuristic elements and recognizable design, the characteristics of Reshape brand are strengthened in the space.
From top view of the 3d model design, we create the space to be open and spacious, allows for visual connectivity between the reception bar and lounge area.
The space is characterized by a minimalist aesthetic with clean lines and open areas. However, vibrant bursts of bright yellow are strategically incorporated throughout the interior to create a striking contrast and evoke a sense of vitality and excitement.
The entrance of Reshape Fitness is a welcoming gateway into the space, designed to be inviting and captivate. The dynamic design and full-length glass façade stretches from floor to ceiling, visually captivating focal point that attracts passersby.
The full-length glass façade maximizes natural light penetration into the interior space, creating a bright and airy environment that feels open and spacious. Members and visitors can enjoy expansive views of the surrounding, enhancing their overall experience and sense of connection to the outdoors.
The design of reception bar area is a blend of minimalism and industrial fitness-oriented setting. A strategic lighting draws attention to the bar area and the “RESHAPE FITNESS” branding on the wall. The soft and warm light creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for members and visitors.
The design is anchored by a “L” shape bar with black vertical slatted design and marble countertop, contributing a touch of luxury and brightness against the darker tones. The high bar stools are not only space-efficient but also echo the dark theme with their circular seats and slender legs.
Above the bar, floating shelves are neatly arranged with various kitchen and drinkware items, the simplicity of the display adds to the minimalist décor while still being functional.
The lighting is subtle yet effective, with pendant lamps casting a warm glow over the bar area, promoting a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The ceiling is kept raw with an exposed black mesh, adding an industrial edge that aligns with the contemporary fitness vibe.
The color scheme dominated by shades of grey, black and white, complemented by the raw texture of a concrete floor. This restrained use of color enhances the modern aesthetic and allows the branding on the wall to stand out as a feature element.
The seating area features a monochromatic color scheme that dominated by dark and neutral tones, creating a sophisticated, calming and wellness-focused environment.
The neon sign “fitness health happiness” in cursive script, which casts a warm, ambient glow and sets a motivational tone against the dark wall. The bespoke lighting installation on the ceiling composed of asymmetrically arranged linear lights, provide a bright atmosphere and create a sense of artistic flair.
The furniture comprises a combination of circular tables with wooden tops, complemented by sleek modern chairs with a swivel base. Additionally, the design of built-in wooden bench seating along the wall, create an element of organic warmth and clean lines to the area.
