The Oasis Cebu is located at the heart of Cebu City specifically near Ayala Center Cebu, along Archbishop Reyes Avenue. Oasis Cebu exhibits biophilic and sustainable design utilizing elements such as trees, shrubs, and a small green wall. Sustainable materials are used. A rainwater catchment is available to be used in the hotel's toilets to conserve water.
The facade has rectangular pyramid-like modules, dark brown birch wood, and gold plated design which catches attention and creates a cohesive design. The form for this hotel exhibits an L shaped on a podium.
These modules act as sun-shading devices for each of the rooms available. The morning sun hits the right side of the module and as the angle approaches the afternoon sun, the north side of the module covers the sun.
The concept for the bedroom follows the concept of hybrid hospitality. Rest and work spaces are designated into separate zones, they are separated by a wall. In this way, distractions and disturbances are away from the workspace especially when in the recent times, we rely on zoom/goggle meet online meetings.
The arrangement of this layout is the same with the first layout except that there are now 2 beds in the bedroom which can accompany another guest. There is also either a vanity area or a cabinet with shelving located in the rooms.
The presidential suite applies the same concept as the other bedrooms. The difference is that there is another guest bedroom which allows another guest to stay/sleep. The bedrooms and the study has the view from the outside and the bedroom and study room are separated into different zones by a solid wall.
