METOPIA multifunctional residential complex
"METOPIA" is a multifunctional residential complex designed in Tsaghkadzor, featuring a hotel, and an entertainment center. Its primary goal is to cater to tourists throughout all seasons of the year, thereby contributing to the city's active life. The complex includes 6-8-story residential buildings, an apartment hotel, a hotel, and an entertainment zone that connects the entire complex. With well-defined zoning, each infrastructure of the district is distinguished by its unique entertainment and recreation zones.
The entertainment zone comprises a restaurant, a café, an outdoor playground, saunas, a game zone, a private parking lot, and connecting ramps. In the winter, the outdoor playground is transformed into a skating rink and an active play area, and a designated sledding area is added.
