This was my project in UTW scholarship, which was under the supervision of Engineering Consultants Group (ECG) , which is a public library located in Al-Alamein city. It covers an area of approximately 14,000 square meters and a height of 28 m and consisting of five floors.
The work of the project was collective. Where each one has a set statical system of his part and it must be coordinated with the others and design all the structural elements of the project (slabs, beams, columns, stairs, footbridges, foundations, etc.) according to the Egyptian code.
On the first, second, and third floors we used a flat slab system with spans up to 12 meters, while on the roof and upper roof we used solid slab Also we had used these shallow foundation types (single footing, combined footing, and raft).
