Visual Identity for a Movie Poster Exhibition

As the starting point for designing the exhibition layout and thus the concept of the visual identity, we primarily focus on the films and the space of the AK gallery where they have been projected over the last two years since the movie nights began. The 'space' where we watched the films becomes the main inspiration for the visual identity of the exhibition and reflects its importance and influence on the movie-watching experience. The chair we sat on becomes a symbolic film director's chair for this exhibition. Guided by this, we decided to decentralize the student posters from the main room to the corridor space, where they were previously placed before each film, and in the main space, we place clips of the films to convey the atmosphere of those evenings. The very path through the corridor forces visitors to view the posters in chronological order as they were projected.
