Carlos Castro
Carlos Castro is an LA-based music producer, mixer and audio engineer with thirty years' experience in which he's scored dozens of awards and recognitions, including 13 Grammy nominations. For this project, we redefined the producer's role and designed a new business model blending digital and analog tools. This allows us to offer highly personalized and agile projects for a diverse client roster, from independent songwriters like Lara Mrgic to major pop acts like Luis Miguel, Selena Gómez, and Demi Lovato.
In crafting the new identity, we merged the essence of a personal brand with an inclusive approach. This not only sets Carlos apart from others in the industry but also conveys his attributes of precision, responsiveness, passion, and fidelity to sound. Likewise, we built together a customer journey, pinpointing the range of emotions artists experience throughout their creative processes, such as anxiety or nerves before a recording session. Using this insight, we tailored moments, messages, and interactions to not only alleviate anxieties, which can lead to prolonged, stressful processes but also to create a memorable experience and establish lasting relationships.
