A garden gathering stemmed from my desire to create a joyful and beautiful occasion to celebrate all things Spring. The earthy colors, elegant flowers, and welcoming table represent a perfect Spring day using vector illustrations. The shades of green I chose for this project can be found in nature and feel inviting to the viewer. The representation of daisies and carnations in vases and surrounding the words are meant to symbolize elements of Spring as well. The long dining table layered with tablecloth, runner, vases, and place setting represents gathering and fellowship. My poster and coordinating social media posts are meant to welcome the audience into a joyful time of food, fellowship, and fresh air.
