In my role as an Architecture Designer, I transformed the existing 225 m2 house into two distinct modern concept lots, known as Rumah Bintaro. Each 112.5 m2 lot was thoughtfully designed to maximize space and functionality while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic. The innovative concept breathed new life into the property, offering a harmonious blend of style and practicality for the discerning homeowners.
