Foam Clay Figurine Project

First step, I sketched out two drawings I had in mind, Rapunzel's Flower, and Hello Kitty.
I decided to go with Hello Kitty because it seemed simple and nice. Here is where I began to play around with the playdough and started building the heart and her body.
This was the final product while using the playdough. It was difficult because it wouldn't stick easily and kept falling off. The playdough was also difficult to roll into a nice ball without cracks.
This is the final product with using the clay. The clay was very nice to work with because it was very soft and easy to stick on. Although it does kind of "melt" so it made my design sort of lopsided.
This is my design with her background. I decided to make it that she's in a bedroom, the "pole" is holding up fairy lights. The blue clay is a small bean bag in the corner. She's sitting on her bed with fur from her pillows. Their is a heart on the wall to resemble love and kindness from her. The what looks like spider webs is trying to be fake snow in her room to make it more aesthetic.
