A project by "[EN] Capsulated" highlights intentionally the idea of creating a science learning centre for Jalan Hang Kasturi to revamp and repurpose Annexe Central Market, focusing on public educational and awareness enrichment about the flood crisis. This centre would be located in the Annexe Central Market. The issue of the flood disasters that always occurred along the Klang River was the inspiration for this idea. In addition, the existing interactive activities at this centre gave young people the opportunity to fill in their spare time by engaging in a variety of different systems and approaches that were based on the programme that was injected.

To create knowledge and construct bridges between awareness and the public, as well as between the public and the contents of the centre, the project will follow the approach of using interests and hobbies as the bridge. The innovation harnesses the pressure and motion of the water, converting it into kinetic energy to generate electricity for the entire building and activities. The filtered water is then returned to the river, promoting a clean and sustainable cycle.

It's possible that this project will play a significant role in efforts to respond to the new River of Life content. An initiative to provide a framework for transformation, regeneration, and expansion by maintaining the history of Kuala Lumpur while also providing a fresh perspective on the surrounding area through the revitalization of the waterfront. The process of acquiring new skills and broadening one's range of interests is one that continues throughout one's life and ought to be approached with a positive attitude.
