I am proud to release the brand-new BDE dashboard for Welcomm Communications, which has these amazing features:
• Call analysis - Created/Due/Complete tasks
• Leads to appointment ratio
• Data tracker for contact information
• Contract expiries of prospective clients
• Slicers for person, date and product vertical
• GP created from "Opportunity" to "Installed"
• Created opportunity and quotation win-rates
• Help button that sends a priority email to me
• Live talk-time data from external software
This dashboard gives our BDEs the relevant tools understand and develop their processes and will help them with visibility toward their KPIs. This project had multiple complicated #DAX calculations, and advanced use of #MicrosoftForms and #MicrosoftPowerAutomate.
