The project concept for the owner's apartment and bed and breakfast units revolves around maximizing functionality and comfort while ensuring privacy and flexibility. The owner's apartment, situated on the top floor, is designed to offer exclusivity, with access from the street to maintain privacy.
The layout incorporates innovative features, such as convertible doors/windows and strategically placed rooms for efficient use of space. The first-floor living area boasts an open-plan design, promoting a sense of spaciousness and connectivity, while the kitchen serves as a central hub equipped with modern amenities.
Transitioning to the bed and breakfast units, the ground floor and underground spaces are thoughtfully utilized to provide guests with a relaxing and convenient stay. Each unit is equipped with essential amenities, including kitchenettes and relaxation areas, catering to diverse preferences.
