GWWO Architects's profile

Brandywine Zoo Rainforest Building

GWWO provided conceptual design services for the Brandywine Zoo. The Tropical Rainforest Building will become the new hub or focus of the Zoo. This plan calls for a multitude of changes to the area that will dramatically improve how and when the visitor experiences the Zoo. The biggest change will be the five new interior exhibit buildings that will facilitate more off-season visitation and provide a refuge during inclement weather.

The ultimate goal of the facility is to enhance the visitors’ experience and improve the future of wildlife by exhibiting animals and providing education and conservation programs that will encourage respect and stewardship of the natural world.
