THINGS FROM MEROOGAL

I printed the paintings as a playful storybook-style zine which visitors could hold and use to spot the objects exhibited in the house.
To celebrate the beauty of the ordinary, I used very simple materials of drawing ink and pencil to make interesting textures.
My pieces were put on display throughout the house alongside other finalists’ artworks in an exhibition to pay tribute to the four generations of women who lived at the house over almost 100 years.
