The client bought this small apartment as an investment property. 

It was a two bedrooms and one bathroom apartment, with a small sunroom that faces a terrace on the back of the building. 

The layout was reorder to take advantage of the terrace and the south sun light there and to put all the social area in one side of the apartment. The living room and the primary bedroom were switched, that way the apartment gained a  large primary bedroom with a walking closet, and the living room now faces the terrace and the sunroom. Because the living room is small the sunroom was thought as a supplement area for the dining table, since the kitchen and living area are connected to the sunroom. 

The layout of the bathroom was organized in a way to give a large walking shower.
