Import Audio File:
Prepare your voiceover audio file in a suitable format (commonly .wav or .mp3).
In Maya, go to the "File" menu, select "Import," and choose your audio file.

Set Timeline:
Adjust your timeline to match the duration of the voiceover. You can do this by changing the start and end frames in the timeline settings.

Attach Audio to a Locator:
Create a locator (Create > Locator) or any other object you want to use as a reference.
Select the audio file in the Outliner or in the viewport.
Shift-select the locator or the object you want to attach the audio to.
Go to Animation > Constrain > Parent.

Adjust Audio Timing:
If needed, use the Dope Sheet or Graph Editor to adjust the timing of the audio with your animation.
