Process
Bring in the background footage reformat and transform it .
Add 2D trackers to place another piece of footage above this, add track points, and track the footage.
Then I bought the foreground subject footage with a green screen, removed the green screen using chromakey and reformat, and transformed it to match the background footage, then added a transform match move to align the footage with the camera movement so that it would look real.
Then i inserted shadow footage and connected a reformat matchmove node and merged all the footages to create a render scene.
