The REM phase or sleep phase with which scientists associate dreams. 

I decided to explore the theme of dreams in general, inspired again by the film Inception, and for this I used my favorite effect of torn street advertisements, as if these were some kind of memories, fragments of dreams, some nightmares, something unclear, a little crazy, superimposed on each other, like a visualization of the entire sleep cycle. 

There is a free fall effect, and a lady in red (a certain collective image, it is in the Matrix and many other films). There is an airplane, there are balls and pole vaulting over obstacles, there is a portal and snow, etc.
I also built layers according to the anlalogy with film, where the first level of sleep is dominated by blue, the second is based on yellow, the third is made in white tones, and the final (limbo) combines all the previous color palettes.

REM-фаза или фаза сна, с которой ученые связывают сновидения. 

Я решил раскрыть тему снов в целом, вдохновившись опять же фильмом Inception, и использовал для этого свой излюбленный эффект рванных уличных объявлений, словно это некие воспоминания, обрывки снов, каких-то кошмаров, чего-то неясного, немного бредового, наложенного друг на друга, как визуализация всего цикла сна.

Тут есть и эффект свободного падения, и дама в красном (некий собирательный образ, помимо Inception он есть и в Матрице) Есть самолет, есть шары и прыганье с шестом через препятствия, есть снег и портал итд.  
Так же я строил наслоения по анлалогии с фильом, где на первом уровне сна преобладает синий, второй основывается на желтом, третий выполнен в белых тонах, а финальный (лимб) сочетает все предыдущие цветовые палитры.
