Fill The Gap - A housing crisis project based in London, Islington. Project aim is to create housing for the character based on the data statistics of the immediate area - West Archway. I intended to shed light on the underrepresented society of young, skilled immigrants through my project and to personify the issue through a young immigrant from Georgia occupying the provided space and operating a childminding space in flow with the local children's center. The ambition for the additional use of the space is to explore all the possibilities of the limited area and cater to the Islington, Archway community which has an exceedingly high number of single, working parents.
