Unilever Plant Rebranding
The Baltimore Spreads Plant had been tasked with bringing their plant more in line with the Unilever design language and The Signman won the contract for the work. This was a very large scale project that went from street side signage to production line signage. After obtaining the Unilever brand guide I toured the whole plant and made recommendations as to what could be done to more effectively brand their facility. I had an excellent working relationship with my Unilever contact and I feel we really accomplished a great deal. We started with the production line signage, as that was the most important to production, and gradually worked outwards towards more asethetic redesigns, like frosted vinyl Unilever logos on the entrance glass. As a result, the plant is more cheerful, the employees were all excited about the changes, and the plant is now effectively branded with the Unilever design language.
