With a record number of partnerships, two days of aviation and space programming, and over 1000 attendees, the Global Aerospace Summit increased its scale in 2023. I oversaw the creative direction and creative project management of this robust event. Having produced this event in the same venue for a fourth year, I explored a successful new audience flow that placed the registration area on the upper overhang and created movement between floors featuring unique vantage points of environmental graphics and a busy partnership central floor. The registration desk had a split-flap centerpiece that and movement and messaging throughout the event. The entrance experience to the general session allowed attendees to lift airplane windows and reveal locations both terrestrial and in-space. I also oversaw the artistic direction and build of the stage and produced the animated graphics for screens.
