Semi Urban | Architecture project from work
The main principles underlying the project include: human scale, typological diversity, facade integrity and street convenience, as well as courtyard privacy.
Concept
The majority of the required residential areas are concentrated in high-rise towers, which are dispersed across the site and slightly set back. The frontage is comprised of seven and nine-story buildings, which blend harmoniously with the surrounding mid-rise residential structures. The baseline floor level is highlighted in dark color, while the tall towers, painted in white, merge with the background.
