Bespoke Packaging for a New Sparkling

Client need: For a new sparkling wine in the style of Borgota that would really catch the consumer’s eye, DAf´s client asked for something that would express the spirit and festiveness for which Latin America is known for an audience of younger, new-to-sparkling consumers.

DAf’s response: We not only created a bespoke bottle with a raised monogram seal for this new wine, but also designed a label that speaks to a Latin American tradition with the movement, color and festive qualities of Latin America. We worked with local needle-painting artist Javiera Ballacey, who used the exuberance of nature and botanical themes to express this vibrancy. We then topped off the bottle with foil caps in the palettes of each of Ritmo’s varieties to further seal the deal.

The takeaway: Approaching packaging with a three-pronged design approach to give the client the biggest possible impact.
