The inspiration for this short film came from my initial thought of creating an overall eerie feeling when tasked with making a short film for the halloween season. My plan on bringing this out while on campus was to take in the dark and empty nights. My process was first walking around campus during the night, looking for good areas. After planning my route, I brought my camera with me, looking for the right shots then went back to the beginning and ended up recording about 3 minutes of footage and ending with this film being just under 2 minutes long.
Below are my alpha and beta recordings, both can be found on YouTube using the links attached. My footage used in my alpha wasn't used in any further version as it ended up corrupting but ended up giving me the chance to run through and refine some of the shots that I had planned on taking.
