Shield King
The goal with this project was to create a simple and enjoyable mechanic, but with a unique twist. That's why, in Shield King, instead of swords, firearms, or bombs, the character uses a shield as their main weapon and must push enemies out of buildings.

Among the roles I performed in this project, I would like to highlight:

- Market analysis considering that the game would be published on Steam and consoles
- Creation of all game documentation, including the Game Design Document (GDD) as well as other supporting documents like balancing spreadsheets, technical documents, and art documents
- Design of over 50 levels with 5 distinct worlds, each featuring unique mechanics
- Design of more than 25 enemies, each with different and exclusive behaviors, as well as variations in enemy types
- Design of enemy behaviors, including 5 bosses and 5 minibosses exclusive to each world
- Design of crafting systems, inventory management, item combination, shop systems, NPCs, and more
- Enhancements to game feel and game juice
- Narrative design
- Player onboarding design (initial tutorial)
- Selection of the game's aesthetic
- Design of UI wireframes and the player's HUD
