For this assessment we had to identify a sustainability issue in line with one of the Sustainability Development Goals (SDG) that QUT currently faces at one of its campuses. We also had to create a solution for this issue that could be implemented by 2050. 

My group chose to investigate the QUT Kelvin Grove Village campus. At this campus I identified that one of the current sustainability issues is that of accessibility. The topography of The Village leads to quite a few problems for those who are not completely able bodied, with many areas difficult to reach with the current means and lack thereof easily/readily accessible transport, elevators and walkways.

An unaccessible campus means that some students are put at an unfair, unequal stance against the able bodied with regards to the opportunity for a Quality Education (SDG4).
