Caliber's ESG team is committed to all forms of sustainability, including a diverse and sustainable workforce. The collision repair industry is facing a workforce crisis, and so Caliber launched Caliber TAP (Technician Apprentice Program), a non-profit initiative to train young adults in autobody through paid apprenticeships.
