_the Challenge
Imagine having set made of a car, few lights, half dozen of influencers and a task to shoot multiple mini-stories for a social-first launch campaign. Then imagine having one evening to do it all. By one person. That was it. And in the end, we've overdelivered anyways.
_the Solution
As per usual, it's been possible by involging me on a very early stages of planning. I've listened carefully to what we've been expected to achieve, then got to work to present a "DoP view" document to the team, to clarify the mood and feel.

Benefiting from proficiency in making shoots look like much more expensive than they really were, enabled me to work efficiently and focus on key shots and tricks, curated to give you that "WOW!" effect later in edit. Vast experience in working with talent helped me put everyone at ease, build trust and rapport, and have fun. As I was well prepared at this point, I could keep my instructions clear, concise and not waste time figuring out what we want them to do and say.

_the results
Shooting for edit and slightly overshooting (!) meant I was able to present few dozens (!) of valid options to the agency, and yet again spend more time creatively exploring the best cuts. In the end, client received multiple cuts, each feeling unique, focusing on different aspects of the product, yet all consistent in style, curated to variety of formats (9x16, 4:5, 1x1) and in record time.

A total of 70+ assets, 10 different cuts, from one evening of shooting. All performed multiple times better than previous similar efforts, in some cases overtaking even multi-million worthy global Peugeot assets.
