Charity Brand Identity

Leicester Hospitals Charity Brand Identity
In this design brief, I was given the opportunity to work on the Leicester Hospital Charity's rebrand.
The project began with the redesign of the Leicester Hospitals Charity's logo. This was then followed by the graphic elements to accompany the logo.

Logo
Leicestershire is known for its fox emblems and is used in company logos across the city and county, therefore, fitting that the logo be inspired by an image of a fox. The final logo below shows a fox sleeping, curled around a heart, representing caring and nurturing. The colour palette and font are taken from the NHS identity kit.

Graphic elements
The next stage of the brand identity process was creating the graphic elements to sit alongside the logo. With being a charity the look and feel needed to be welcoming and friendly. Visual elements of circles and curves were used to give a soft look and feel. The chosen concept was rolled out across design assets to ensure the elements worked across all formats.

Brand guidelines
Brand identity guidelines were created to create consistency with all designs placed in the branding.
