This is an illustration of a cross section of the fabric used in a jacket that is water resistant and good for temperatures down to 0° Celsius. The upper layer is flame resistant denim, the second layer in spotted white is Goretex, the white batting is an synthetic insulating layer, and the bottom is a quilted cotton. This was meant to be part of the companies catalog and hanging tag for this product.

I modeled this in 3ds Max based on a sketch from the art director, as seen below. The lighting is non-complex, not that I have to show off all the time. The depth of field was created by a V-Ray z-depth pass that I composited in Photoshop.
